Black pepper Jaggery Powder

Ingredient: Premium Quality Sugarcane Jaggery Powder, Black Pepper.

The Gudwala Jaggery is produced from the finest variety of sugarcanes of the fertile land of Ganga-Yamuna Doab. The process involves 3 steps, Juice is extracted from the canes; The juice is then cleaned in large containers with the help of a naturally grown herb (Suklai), until the sediments sink to the bottom; The juice is then boiled until a dough-like paste is formed which is then converted to powder form after mixing finest Black Pepper (in Powder form) in it.
