Gud Chana Fusion

Ingredient: Jaggery, Premium Roasted Chana.

The Gudwala Jaggery Snack (Gud Chana) is produced with the help of the finest variety of sugarcane Juice from the fertile lands of Ganga-Yamuna Doab & premium roasted chana (Chickpea).  Juice is extracted from the sugarcanes which is then cleaned in large containers with the help of a naturally grown herb (Suklai), until the sediments sink to the bottom; The juice is then boiled and coated on the premium roasted Chana. The Gudwala Gud Chana contains 'Molasses' which actually makes it a healthier Snack without adding any additive or preservative.
